@FlipkartSellers @Flipkart @flipkartsupport when the actual price of the Mi TV 4x pro is 39,999rs but one of your sellers is selling at 42,499(after all discounts applied). Even that can be forgiven, but why sending me a TV that only costs 34,999s(Mi Tv 4x)
@flipkartsupport @Flipkart @_Kalyan_K If the reality of Flipkart shopping is to wait for 10 days and recieve a undesired product, how does one rely on buying electronic appliances from your portal, for that matter any product. Isn't there quality check mechanism in place

Completely unacceptable whatsoever. I have been using @amazonIN for over 4 years never recieved any incorrect order. I just fell for the discount🤦‍♂️
Hi @mrtechsingh you have unboxed Mi TV 4X but on the video you have put 4x pro. Is it a mistake? Or "4X Pro TV" comes in "4X" packing?

Friday(21st AUG) itself the Installation Engineer arrived confirmed its incorrect product, asked me to raise return request.

This is the same person who came on Friday. And I confirmed with him that the product I received was incorrect. And why is he coming back again for installation.

My time is being wasted following up with @flipkartsupport with no proper concrete response, as to who is currently working on my case.
Installation guy came for the second time. God knows he was trying to justify both 4x Pro and 4x are same. I asked him to tell a better joke. Somehow after some pushbacks he agreed to call the flipkart agent. They seems to have asked him to shoot an email with all pics taken
Day 5: Still no update on my return request. @flipkartsupport please connect me with the senior team IMMEDIATELY.
@flipkartsupport you are sending this same Insallation Engineer for the third time. Is it some sort of a joke?
For 100th time I am saying I need the pick up guy not the installation guy.
I understand that because of Covid situation the delivery can be delayed. But why can't make a phone call and give an assurance that the pick up is scheduled in so and so time.IMHO Flipkart customer care is useless, they don't give exact status, but just ask to wait. @_Kalyan_K
UPDATE: Just got a call from escalation. They confirmed the Seller approved the return request and pick up will be done within a week. That was a bit assuring. I will wait until Sep 1st and then contact @flipkartsupport
UPDATE: Just now the pick up process completed. Thanks @flipkartsupport @Flipkart for expediting this. Can you please also let me know when the refund will be done?
UPDATE: They finally processed the refund(yet to hit my account, which I believe would take some time). Quite seamless yet the whole drama could have been avoided, had they sent the correct order. Anyways thanks @flipkartsupport for expediting the refund process. Much appreciated
