Molly Martin has been missing for a week and the RCMP give a "our hands are tied" response about issuing an amber alert because a 14 year old indigenous girl went "willingly" with a 47 year old man. The emergency alert was sent only to a small area, and it was sent at half past midnight when most people were in bed. Because that was as soon as possible, after almost a week of people begging for an amber alert, which they didn't get.
