*(set the alarm tone to Darude - Sandstorm or something high volume)
- Don& #39;t Snooze
- Plan your sleep before, for atleast 8-9 hours

- Get off screen minimum 1 hour before sleep time
- Create a bedtime routine
- Drink warm milk before sleep (if possible add some cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, turmeric powder and ginger)
- Don& #39;t beat yourself up
