For the second step (sending the code you receive):

안녕하세요. 몇일 전에 실명 인증 문의를 드렸는데 오늘 아래 메일을 받았어요.

다음은 어떻게 해야할까요?

For the last step (receiving the email notice for sending your ID):

(Don't forget to send them the email you received saying you should ready to present your valid ID.)

** Take note that the Kakao Operator is only available every Mon-Fri 10:00~18:30
** If you're going to translate or whatever it is while talking to the operator, reply them a 네, 잠시만요, if the chat is left hanging for 3 minutes, the chat will automatically close.

** I am not requiring you to use this templates as you can send your own message to them if you want. This templates is what I used so I'm also sharing it here hehe.
