Honesty time!

I've had some bookings where I've climaxed prematurely or been unable to maintain an erection.

It has never (to my knowledge) presented a significant road block because intimacy is far more complex than P in V sex.
Male sex workers, just like all sex workers, are not automaton sex bots. We are human beings with physical bodies that are fallible.

Men have a somewhat unique problem where perception of our arousal is based almost entirely on a physical reaction - which is impossible to fake.
My fear when this happens isn't my own embarrassment, it's the feeling it may give to my clients who could feel as if it's THEIR problem - as if they're not attractive or sensual enough to warrant an erection.

This isn't true at all. Sometimes our bodies just don't behave.
When this happens it's not anybody's fault - it's just a quirk of biology in that distinct moment.

Sex is more than penetration. It's touch. It's talk. It's closeness. It's fantasy. It's kissing.

I'm not ashamed to admit these things because I am - as we all are - human.
Addendum:

I often have viagra on hand. I use it when I feel I can predict a potential issue happening - but the side affects of viagra are significantly unpleasant, as anybody who has taken it can attest.
Oh final note - I should have said SW with penises, obviously it does not just affect men.
