I’m gonna work my way through the Bob’s Burgers cookbook, but with Impossible patties because your girl doesn’t prepare meat. First recipe: the Totally Radish Burger. A success!!!

*I tried the Beyond Patty instead of Impossible tonight. Not quiiiite as good, but once you drench it in a peanut butter mushroom coconut curry sauce, it does the job just fine.

(My modifications: butter lettuce, smoked almonds instead of pistachios, a thin layer of Hidden Valley Ranch’s mysteriously delicious Secret Sauce plus the sour cream)
