I’m gonna work my way through the Bob’s Burgers cookbook, but with Impossible patties because your girl doesn’t prepare meat. First recipe: the Totally Radish Burger. A success!!!
This @latimes article gave me great tips on preparing an Impossible patty. A slam-dunk my first attempt. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.latimes.com/food/story/2019-09-26/how-to-make-the-best-impossible-burger-at-home%3f_amp=true
Next up in my Bob’s (Impossible) Burger challenge: the To Err Is Cumin Burger! Oh she was REAL tasty.

Next up in my Bob’s Beyond* Burger challenge: the Blondes Have More Fun-Gus Burger! My fave yet, tbh.
*I tried the Beyond Patty instead of Impossible tonight. Not quiiiite as good, but once you drench it in a peanut butter mushroom coconut curry sauce, it does the job just fine.

The latest entry in my Bob’s Impossible Burger challenge: The Parsnips-Vous Francais Burger, with lavender herb parsnip fries! A true delight.
Today’s Bob’s Impossible Burger challenge: The Final Kraut Down! (That song has been in my head all week.) Served here with caraway-spiced sweet potato fries. This week’s fun was a cross-country joint effort with my muse @Jlokdhorses

This week’s entry in the Bob’s Beyond* Burger Challenge:
The Hit Me With Your Best Shallot Burger! My favorite yet? Maybe!! Insanely good.
(*now using Beyond/Impossible meat interchangeably depending on curbside availability)
