Microscope in ancient India

Here we find a clue that microscope ,or telescope like inventions were present in Ancient india.
In Acharya Shankar's book "aparokshanubhuti" we find such clue.
Acharya has given an example of microscope like things in shlok 81
They have termed it to be "upnetra", in hindi translation it is mentioned as "durbeen", but it more resembles a microscope. It means convex lenses were used at that time.
Note- here I do not mean west copied this or something like , bla bla bla, only claim is we had such things.
