Since a few people were SOo CuRiOuS about Caitríona’s involvement in the gin creation, I thought I would share a few behind the scenes snaps of how ForgetMeNot gin is carefully handmade by one Caitríona Balfe.

Now time for quality control in her gin distillery, here is where she ferments herself with the gin to ensure she’s given enough of herself to this project and no one questions her motives. She spends up to 2 hours every day fermenting.
