He was aware that the person he was interacting with was 14, yet continued to make sexual advances.with them, even going so far as to drive to meet them and have them at a hotel room.

You find out someone is 14, you disengage and tell him to not interact with you anymore. You don& #39;t do what he did, and you ESPECIALLY don& #39;t try and meet them while they& #39;re still under the age of 18.
People have warned him that minors follow him, and rather than actively attempt to identify and remove them, he feigns indifference.
