1. Prep your uterus with yoni steams prior to your cycle. I like to yoni steam every other day, a week before my cycle.
2. Prep your uterus by consuming herbal tea/supplements/tinctures with
- raspberry leaf: strengthens and tones the uterus, helps prevent hemorrhaging (increased bleeding)
- dandelion root: helps alleviate & prevent menstrual cramping
- Nettle leaf: high in iron, vitamin K,& chlorophyll. Your blood contains high amounts of iron, hemoglobin, oxygen which will be depleted during your cycle. Replacement is crucial & necessary
- Liquid chlorophyll: high in iron & oxygen content which is great for your blood health
3. Use a Heating pad/patch: for comforting the pelvic floor muscle/uterus area. I like to use the heated patch from Rael when Iโ€™m on the go. They instantly warm up to promote blood flow and help your muscles relax for maximum relief https://www.getrael.com/products/heating-patch
But I prefer this handmade heating pad with Flax Seeds and Lavender that can be both a heating pad or cold pad (put in microwave or freezer for desired effect) I chose lavender herbs because of the soothing/calming effect.
