Lots of new FPL members on Twitter asking for the best FPL Pods out there so I thought I’d do a thread of some of my favourites.
First, as someone who listens to 3-4 pods a week, I just want to say why FPL pods are great:
1) It helps think of ideas/players/teams you don’t really know or watch as much
2) The approach removes the noise that you get at Twitter sometimes where every player looks essential
3) If you’re as addicted to FPL as me, then you’ll be thinking of your team all the time anyway. Might as well change that voice in your head for a boring commute or a run
4) It’s good to get first hand reaction to thoughts than reply to a tweet on players, captain chip etc.
Finally, no you won’t agree with everything that is said. They are experienced but not experts. In fact my most common thought is to disagree. But that’s the point. You get various perspectives and do what you think is best.

Without further ado, and in no particular order:
@hailcheaters: This pod is all about @bskbroiler and @joshlandon’s amazing chemistry. They are great friends IRL and it shows. Never a boring moment. Always the first pod that hits you on a Sun night (US). FYI: don’t be offended by the pronunciations 🤭
@WGTA_FPL: Tom, @WGTA_Nick and the now not so new boy @FPLStag pack so much content with equal measure of stats and banter in one show. FYI: Stag is very young and the lady’s voice is Nick’s wife 😬
@FMLFPL: If you want to feel like you’re at a pub talking FPL with your mates then this is it. Walsh is an amazing reader of the game, gets most calls right; just not for his team 😜. Alon is the best content mods out there - superbly structured. FYI: NOT SAFE FOR WORK 💩
@FFScout - The original comfort blanket and familiar voices of @FFScout_Joe, @LetsTalk_FPL and @ffscout_az. Amazing signings like @lateriser12 @zophar666 @FPLCruyff74 make them even more maverik. Amazing FPL histories, amazing content. Oh yeah, also a small FYI: MARK. IS. BACK.
@59thMinutePod: @FPLGeneral makes this pod really succinct and to the point. If you only have 30mins and want to know everything, then this is it. His unreal FPL history shows in his decision making. FYI: Try the patented MOTD challenge. It’s great!
@FplWolfpack have a unique pod where different members of the Wolfpack join different pods. Their varied playing styles makes for a eclectic discussion, one that is expertly moderated by the likes of @FplMode @FplIrons etc. FYI: They just launched a new website. Check it out!
There are many other excellent pods out there, but these are just the ones I usually listen to. If there are others you’d recommend feel free to reply below.
