I am afraid that this has been a lot and I am being forced by your support team to escalate this further. In #COVID19 times, how can you force me to invite a stranger when even the close relatives aren't advised to visit. Is this the customer care #TataCliq stands for?
@TataCLiQ:Has been over a month, your #Support number responds busy,e-mails bounced back & #WhatsApp msgs don't get responded. You sold a damaged/used #Dell laptop & then forcing me to call technician in #covid times. Pls get this picked up & issue refund ASAP
