Lou Taylor's other company Tri Star Sports & Entertainment was sued in 2011 by Elizabeth Arden, who helped launch Britney's billion dollar perfume line. END THE CONSERVATORSHIP
Also sketchy, Lou Taylor's company purchased dozens of domain names related to ending conservatorships so no one else could use them. END THE CONSERVATORSHIP
Lou Taylor got into a legal dispute with a #FreeBritney supporter who created a website calling her a "gay demon exorcist." END THE CONSERVATORSHIP
She allegedly hired a private investigator who sent texts and emails to supporter as Britney's former manager in order to get evidence on him. END THE CONSERVATORSHIP
Ultimately, the case was settled after #FreeBritney fans raised money to hire a lawyer and the judge was requiring her to answer questions in a deposition. END THE CONSERVATORSHIP
And when Britney started protesting her conservatorship by refusing to work, Lou Taylor and her company were part of creating "Britney: The Zone" which sought to continue making money off Britney without her involvement. END THE CONSERVATORSHIP
To this day, Lou Taylor has her hands in Britney's finances while she remains under conservatorship. Her team are the ones who report Britney's finances to the court. END THE CONSERVATORSHIP
