i and my irl friend love sunoo so much, and we discussed how sunoo is like a protagonist in a shonen manga with the way mnet is portraying him now.

so here's a thread on how kim sunoo and hinata shouyou are alike;

starting this off with how both of them had a short time of training, sunoo with 10 months, and hinata only having proper teammates on 1st year high school. yet, they both show great potential and talents that are essential to their team.

have you seen how passionate they are?? sunoo said he's worried about his physical strength but he still works so hard on achieving his dreams. i can relate this to how some underestimate hinata because of his height, but he always makes up for it to be able to win.

remember when the producers can't believe sunoo trained for only 10 months because he has great facial expressions. also, he sings and dances really well !! now on to hinata. he can jump really high, run very quick and he has great reflexes. and that's called what? TALENT !!

can we talk about how both of them can like quickly adapt to changes?? i'm always so proud of how hinata can always bring something new to the table in every match they have. and i'm also so proud of how sunoo can pull off any concept. he really did a 180 from crown to fire

yooo, remember hinata's iconic line? "i'm hinata shoyo from the concrete, i'm going to beat you and go to nationals" aND HE REALLY DID !! well uhhh, what else comes into you mind when you hear concrete? GROUND. who came from the ground but is able to get #1?? yes, SUNOO
