Allow me a moment to give you a quick tutorial on meditation

What is meditation?

It's a series of combined technics used to help create a sense of peace fullness

And enhance both mood and mental clarity
Why meditation?

To better manage daily stress and focus on tasks
How can we meditate?

There are many ways to meditate

But all involve being comfortable

- comfortable clothes
- atmosphere ( music optional )
- appropriate place ( bedroom, living room etc )
How To ( cont. )

When our bodies are comfortable and we're in a suitable place

Sit down in chair or on the floor

Note: laying down will put you to sleep
From here we can to clear our mind, best we can

Just close your eyes and observe the darkness

Breathe deeply and slowly while doing this

As you observe the darkness

Try to look beyond it.

See what comes to your minds eye
Doing this on a timer of 10 minutes a day will help you greatly

The time can be adjusted as needed

This is your meditation

So find what works best for you
But your goal is to help reset your:

- breathing,
- heart rate
- mental static

That we acquire
Proper meditation is a boon and a blessing.

- open doors
- create opportunities
- unlock your potential
