Ceated a little video this morning of examples of safely entering and exiting Half Moon Lane as a cyclist and pedestrian. Hope this will help show there is no safety issues with the junction as things stand.

This is a junction that, yes could do with improvements, but as things stand is quite safe and easy to navigate as both a pedestrian and cyclist. There are areas that are far more dangerous w/ worse infrastructure at other points in the city so hard to see this as an argument

I look forward to hearing from you that the estimated timelines for opening the gate or works can be brought forward significantly so that BOTH locals and @christkingss can have access to the park.
