For game designers with chronic fatigue/executive dysfunction/etc.

How do you handle playtests? What's your approach? It feels like I have barely enough time to do the work I can do each day, let alone coordinate and schedule playtests?? How do you do it???
I'm very chill if your answer is "I don't" — that's still really useful to me

Also if you struggle with doing playtests but don't know if you "count", tell me your thoughts anyway
