We are different people & different things restore & drain our energy. That’s okay. Same goes for energy levels & what we are able to do. My good day, may look entirely different from yours, & that is okay.
The most important thing is that we take care of ourselves & go on & do things in the speed that is good for us.

If you feel yourself changing between different social medias just to scroll endlessly, like you don’t know what else to do. Please close your computer or phone for a bit, and remove yourself from them.
Try to do something else entirely like just taking deep breaths and looking out of the window, go outside into something green, draw something (it does not matter what or how good it is), colour something, do yoga or have a dance party by yourself or something else.
I’m not saying you cannot return later, you can. But times it’s just really good for us to do something else and get some stimuli.

When you’re feeling low, start thinking or saying out loud what you are grateful for. Even the little things. It helps raise your vibration and reminds you that life, although tough, isn’t all bad.
