i've always considered arguing with them a net positive experience, learning how the other side thinks and practicing bridging the divide. but lately it's too insane, i can't have a productive convo when they're denying science & basic facts, then using obama as a red herring

and it's like, they're my parents i love them we have a great relationship 98% of the time. but when we start talking politics i get frustrated to tears. because no matter what angle i come from, no matter how much they paid for my fkn education in these things, i'm not fox news
