Trump's attack on the US Postal Service might not seem like a big deal to everyone, but consider this:

My mother lives in a Dallas exurb. She does not use a computer. She receives her bills by mail. She pays her bills by writing a check and mailing it in. She needs the USPS. 1/
My aunt lives in rural Arkansas, with no mail delivery at home. She has a box at the post office in nearest town. She drives there each week to send and pick up mail. She still sends me birthday presents—postal money orders she buys at that post office. She needs the USPS. 2/
My son will be 600 miles from home on election day, away at college. To vote, he must request an absentee ballot by mail, then return it by mail. Voting is one of the most important responsibilities that citizens of a democracy have. He needs the USPS. 3/
I work for a company that makes http://VA.gov  a better digital service for our veterans. The VA fills about 80% of veteran prescriptions by mail. That's over 100 million prescriptions per year. Cuts to mail delivery puts veterans at risk. They need the USPS. 4/
Since impeaching Trump and his postmaster general should but won't happen, you can vote for Biden/Harris. Vote early, especially if by mail. Don't let Republicans get away with not counting your vote. That's what they're counting on to hold on to power. We need the USPS. 5/
