I'm Bipolar II, and this is how my hypomania bursts look like. I'm also identify as non-binary and pansexual.

I was on fully-paid medical leave at Facebook when I left. I can't be any happier about that decision.

I negotiated an initial compensation package of $1M/yr and was hired as L7 Software Engineer in Feb 2019. At current wild stock prices I'd making over $1.5M/yr had I not quit.

And by sharing this, I hope to shed some light how much more higherlevel-ups do make, and those who negotiate. I felt guilty of it all the time but admit I was acting against my values by not sharing public up to this moment...
