It says "Does not forbid you" not "Instructs you"
Where did AbuAmina get this translation from?

6. Mistranslating "kill" as harm, and "Muahid" as "Non-Muslim at peace with us". A "Muahid" is actually a Non-Muslim given the plege of protection of the Muslims. It is a dhimmi, this is also why this hadith is under this chapter.
