In Aug 2016 Rep Chris Collins purchased 4 million more shares in Innate Immunotherapeutics making him the largest shareholder. At the same time Tom Price, who until 29 Sept 2017 was the Secretary of HHS, purchased 400,613 Innate Immunotherapeutics shares valued at $100K to $250K
