My local library is reopening to the public next week (right now it’s only pick up/drop off and you can like…ask someone to print things for you) and I’m torn between wanting to keep librarians safe and desperately wanting a place outside of the house I can work.

They have desks and tables that are well separated as it is and they’re very rarely full and it’d force me to get used to wearing a mask for a few hours at a time

But I don’t want to expose librarians more than necessary.

It would be VERY possible for me to do this without touching anything aside from the table I’d work at, but STILL.

I also don’t even know if they’re opening up that part or if we can just browse again anyway so ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯
