If your work requires:
•Sitting or standing for 3+ hours
•Repetitive movements like jumping in and out of a truck
•Or any form of lifting

Then you should be working on your flexibility, balance and core strength at home. Takes about 10-15 minutes a day.
Otherwise while you trade your time for money that loses it value over time,

You stack up more problems than you do money.
If you have:
•Knee pain
•Low back pain
•Any frequent pain in your body

This is because you’re allowing certain muscles to get weaker and lengthen from lack of use and poor posture.

While certain muscles get tighter due things like lack of flexibility and overuse.
This is called a muscle imbalance which leads to worse, more painful compensations.

This is why some people slouch and some people sit straight up.
