WHY IS SEMEN?

( From ancient Vedic Hindu/Indian texts & Ayurveda)

-----Thread-----
Ayurveda says
" If the reproductive fluid is retained by men & women,
This sexual energy can be transformed to bring about
The most astonishing benifits
Physically, mentally & emotionally."
In Vedic science, this is the "PRAN SHAKTI" (Life force)
Bhagvad geeta (Holy Hindu text) chapter 2 & 6
" Know that in this world there is nothing that cannot be achieved with the practice of bramhacharya / celibacy."

Krishna:
" Semen is the seed of virility in men."
" Semen is the essence of the essence."

" The strongest life force energy of all forces."
Shushrut Samhita ( Ayurvedic text ) explains
Food goes through 7 dhatus (stages)

Blood (Rakta)
⬇️
Flesh (Mamsa)
⬇️
Fat (Meda)
⬇️
Bone (asthi)
⬇️
Bone marrow (Majja)
⬇️
Semen (Shukra)

Each stage takes 5 days
Total of 35 days
32 kilograms of food (digested )
⬇️
700 grams of blood
⬇️
15 grams semen

1 ejaculation is 20 grams semen
Semen is 90% water + 10 % solids

Just one cell can create a new life.
When retained, the Celibate gains

- Long life ( Aayu )
- Sharp mind ( Teju)
- Balam ( Physical strength)
- Vigour ( Veeryam)
The best blood and nutrients goes to your semen FIRST

Then the rest of your body may get to absorb what nutrients and minerals are left.
Ayurvedic principle :

" When Shukra (semen) is preserved,
It transforms as a CREATIVE energy.
The person becomes more creative, emotionally stable the 6th sense ( intuition) improves."

In a nutshell, you become Limitless (after years of Semen retention & meditation)
" Both men and women are wasting their vital fluid which could be transmuted
To nourish the brain, lungs, stomach, intestine, kidney & liver. "
This energy can be transmuted in some ways :

- Meditation

- Exercise / Training
(Celibacy + warrior = superhuman)

Eg. Muhammad Ali (boxer)
Mike Tyson (boxer)
Gama (Indian wrestler)

- Deep work
(Focused word without distraction for hours)
The basic benifits you may experience on a day to day basis:

- increased levels of energy and stamina
- highly motivated
- glowing skin
- high testosterone
- improved hair quality
Swami Dayanand was once asked if he felt lust

He said
"Yes, alot of times,
But I choose to remain busy with my work"

{ He once broke a metal sword in 2 pieces with his bare hands}
It is said that if there are 2 guys with the same disease

But if one is a Bramhachari / Celibate

He may only require 1 week to recover,

If it takes 3 weeks for a regular person.
What about Nightfall or Wet dreams?

Nightfall occurs when the subconscious mind is having sexual thoughts.

Or

There is excess heat in the body.
Nightfall is not as damaging as most of it is water and the fluid released has no energy.

Hence no vital energy is released.
To change the flow of semen upwards or to the brain

You must meditate and do
Pranayama ( Yogic breathing exercises)

AND

Do Ashwini mudra. (IMPORTANT)

THE DARK SIDE OF CELIBACY

" Anger & lust the 2 sides of the same coin."

In the Hindu mythology,

Meghanada was the strongest of all, the ultimate.
He beat Lord Indra (who was considered the strongest)
So he was named Indra jeet (win, because he won the fight)
Only Laxman (Celibate of 14 years)
Could beat him to death.

It is said that man becomes aggressive when he follows the path of celibacy.

When a man can tame his aggression;

He can become the unstoppable force of universe.
Great men who followed Celibacy:

Maharishi Shushrut, Swami Vivekananda, Swami Yogananda, Shivaji Maharaj, Bhagat Singh, Dalai Lama, Nikola Tesla, Leonardo Da Vinci
Maharana Pratap.
Follow the path of celibacy my brothers

" Never throughout history
Has a man,
Who lived a life of ease
Has left a name
Worth remembering."
