Random but I’ve noticed other Hellsguard NPCs are sometimes not referred to the same as the WoL. Best example is Diving Dove in the culinarian guild, they refer to her as Diving Dove instead of “Diving” or “Miss Dove” the way they do with Marble.

It’s just really interesting cuz Hellsguard canonically don’t use last names so the second part of their name becomes their last name sometimes. But mostly for non-WoL characters. Then again they do refer to Hoary Boulder as just Hoary so maybe it’s a familiarity thing?

Also briefly met Hoary’s brother who is also named “Boulder” for the second name, makes me happy both Marble’s dad and brother use “Mountain” as the second part of the name haha
