The way I see it is that this is not necessarily just about Magnum (besides the case in question, which is important enough).

In general, I think there should be a lot more open discussions in photoland than there currently are. We shouldn't maintain a situation, where many things don't get talked about openly -- until some day they become so problematic that there's a scandal.
And social media shouldn't essentially be the only places where many of these discussions happen (which can then, conveniently, get reduced back to "oh, it's just the mob on social media").
Just think about the question of consent. We should be talking about this all the time, bouncing back ideas and thoughts.

Such topics change with time, and we need to be able to adapt.
