- squeeze an ice cube in both hands until they completely melt

- take a rubber band and snap it in your wrist until you feel you can stop

- take a sheet of paper and continue to rip it until you feel you can stop

-draw on your wrists or legs with red sharpie
- take a cold shower

- watch a candle burn (please do not play with the flame)

- chew lots of gum

- write all over your skin as much as you need to

- make a ball of playdough, smash it, and remake it. continue as needed
- snap sticks in half

- clap your hands until they sting

- bite into something really spicy

- was your legs

- jump up and down until your feet are sore

- put liquid glue on your hands and peel it off when dried

- drink freezing cold water

- chew on ice cubes
