nonbinary isn't a third gender =/= all nonbinary people can be lumped in with either of the binary genders

there are many, many genders under the nonbinary umbrella, please stop erasing that

a lot of us like to be recognised as completely separate gender(s) from man + woman!! please stop speaking for all nonbinary people on this

not all nonbinary people can be divided into masc-aligned/fem-aligned/non-aligned. that literally reinforces the trinary you're trying to avoid!! you can absolutely self identify with those terms but please don't enforce them onto us

and while yes, nonbinary people are included in every sexuality, some nonbinary people may feel misgendered being included in lesbian or gay attraction for whatever reason. it's up to each person to decide what feels right for them. please respect that.

that's why some people identify as bi without being attracted to men and/or women. because they are attracted to some or all nonbinary genders! which there are multiple of!
