We are slaves to Expectation. Set the expectation, don’t let it be set for you

This goes beyond business

And will require tons of motivation & energy to put on the performance when you do

This is the opposite of what humans naturally do

Over promise to secure the deal. Then deal with the burden of delivering it

When you are capable of delivering 8 with ease and promise 5

You will be a confident individual at peace
But...

If you can easily deliver 8
But you promise 14

You will live with lingering insecurity each day
