Well that's one.

And the question immediately comes up:

To get this plea deal in negotiation with Durham, who or what did Clinesmith give up? https://twitter.com/Techno_Fog/status/1294296908417163264?s=20
I'm waiting for the official announcement before I put the 'X' over Clinesmith's face here.
Understand: They had Clinesmith **cold**. He had no defense or dodge for what he did. He was the guy in charge of the FISA evidence documents.

Durham's office had the original communication from the CIA about @carterwpage being their asset & assisting in breaking up a spy ring.
Sally Yates and others can try to play the "I was kept out of the loop, things were hidden from me!" game, but Clinesmith couldn't even begin to attempt that.

Now they're all going to start turning on each other & they have to wonder what did Clinesmith give Durham?
Clinesmith was working directly with Strzok, Pientka, Baker, Page and others at the FBI involved in this.

You offer him a deal to get him to hand over evidence against the bigger fish.

That's how this game is played.
I'm just here today for all the "nothing's happening and nothing's gonna happen" goal post moving to "OK they gave a plea deal for a light sentence to lowest fall guy possible but after THIS nothing is gonna happen!"

Because I know how this game is played too.
And when the next domino goes they'll say "Well all right, so it's TWO low level people, so what?! It's not going any higher!"

It's all about the pose. The attitude.

Being a poseur.
Take note of this: Barr called the first person in this SpyGate scandal accepting a plea deal and going to prison "a small development" in this case.

Not earth shattering or anything like that.
And to those saying Clinesmith will get some kind of suspended sentence, no jail time, I highly doubt that.

This is an FBI official caught faking evidence to get a fraudulent warrant to spy on a US citizen & a political campaign during an election.

He was looking at YEARS.
He'll likely get some months in a Club Fed, but he will get jail time. Far more than the 14 days @GeorgePapa19 got for wandering into perjury traps set up for him by the FBI's Crossfire Hurricane team, almost all of whom are going to end up in prison.
# of people convicted by the Mueller Special Counsel's Office for colluding with the Russian gov't during the 2016 election: ZERO

# of people convicted by US Attorney Durham during his investigation of the RussiaGate Hoax: ONE [so far].

That's Mueller 0, Durham 1.
Here's the federal law Clinesmith violated.

As you can see, Clinesmith was looking at five years in prison.

If he ends up with just a few months, he must have given Durham some real cooperation.
