Fun examples thread.

Millionaire edition. (Peasants, just wait until I do the Budget Hustler Edition.)

Let's go! https://twitter.com/JamieMcSloy/status/1294297407329533952
Let's start big.

Manor house. £1.4 million. One of the UK's most expensive cities.
Assume you can get 10% off the price by threatening the current owners and sending them a horse's head, but you're still generous enough to pay 90%.

We're already at £1.2m
Let's get the running costs from our housing market site.
We have two things: getting the deposit of £120,000 and then the running costs of £5119 a month.

Now, that's obviously still a lot, but we've gone from £1.4 million down to £120,000 + £30k for six months' costs with a little sleight of hand.

Let's continue.
Using internet hustle-mathematics, £5k a month is 650 subscribers at $10 a month each.

If you are a Direct Response Newsletter Subscriber, the August Issue gives you a step-by-step project of how to do this.

(You're welcome.)
For the rest of you, (what are you doing with your lives)

Bear in mind people are selling $50 gumroad books on how to manifest wealth via the law of attraction, and realise that coming up with decent content worth $10 a month isn't hard

In fact I might do this. Easy case study
Now we just have the deposit.

This is what your high-ticket skills with potential for revenue sharing are for.

(What's that? I covered this too already?!!?!)

If you have 0 business already, and 0 money I'd recommend building out a high-ticket affiliate marketing business.
By that, I don't mean your friends' ebooks. There are flight deals, housing affiliates, probably car affiliates and where there aren't affiliate programs, just start cold emailing guys to sell stuff on a commission basis.

And build your lists starting yesterday.
Some affiliate schemes will give you $300-$500 per sign up. I signed up for one today.

Assume that's £300.

4 sales for £1200.
40 sales for £12000.

Do that ten times. Deposit paid.
Congrats, you have two income streams and enough to buy a mansion.

Obviously, this is stupid and the figures are out of thin air, but if I didn't type this thread out, it would have taken me ten minutes and given me enough inspiration to work into the night.
Nothing about the above is unachievable and the destination doesn't matter; this is idea generation and practical motivation.

And after you've mentally made £1.2 million, a lambo or a nice holiday or whatever you actually want seems very realistic.
"Jamie! Cut the crap..." I hear you whisper. "You know what I really want and need..."

I do. You want me to teach you the secrets of Lambo Bucks, don't you?

Read on to find out...
First search result in Google. "Pre-Owned Lambos UK"

Here we go:
I can drive a Lambo off for less than £2000 a month?

You've got to be kidding me!

This will be a short thread.
To keep it as simple as possible, you could sell a £200 course.

Ten of those a month, and that's your Lambo paid for.

One every three days.
To be honest about how easy that is, if I'd have stuck a link to a course on each tweet above where I mentioned a business model, this thread would probably sell that many copies if I just stuck it in @hypefury and set it to repeat once a month after payday.
In fact, I'll probably delete this thread in six months and do that, because I could probably have a Lambo and a mansion right now if I played this game more often.
Again; figures are all for fun and not financial advice.

It's just a more fun way to motivate yourself than, ironically, scrolling the timeline all day.
The funny thing...

We all know that status and wealth are additive. Once you have the mansion and the Lambo, you post pictures of it online, tell people the story of how you were a broke joke and now you're rich, and the money comes in faster.
