they’ve thought of varchie as a slowburn before solely bc of s1, they normally like s3 varchie, but they don’t love it cause of the breakups.these stans are very rare in the varchie nation and their liking towards s1 varchie always gets questioned by+

season 2 varchie stan:
the average varchie normally has s2 as their favorite season, this stan doesn’t love angst too much, they didn’t like s3 (unless they’ve been converted by a s3 stan). the s2 stan is very popular in the varchie nation especially on instagram.+

season 3 varchie stan:
this stan has impeccable taste and a weird attraction to angst, they didn’t like s3 while they were watching it (especially 3b) but at the same time they had so much hope for varchie, so they learned to love this season with time.+

their favorite episode is probably 3x22 and the only reason they watch the show is the ships and their fav character.

typically doesn’t exist, they’re the rarest stan and they probably get judged a lot for their preference for s4.

the barvarchie:
this stan has great taste, they like ba more than va most of the time, because barchie was their first ship. it was a rare stan for a long time, but now it’s very common to see barvarchies around on twt, they’re non existent on insta+

+since they know they’d get a big amount of hate if they ever came out as a barvarchie on that app.

the bugvarchie:
this is more of a tipe of bughead stan than varchie stan, since a bugvarchie is a bughead who likes or stans varchie, there are only a few who really stan varchie and not only like them, bughead was probably their first ship.

the varjeronica:
this person has very flexible taste, they realized jeronica’s power after their first interactions in s1, even thought they knew jeronica wouldn’t ever get together.
they secretly loved the 2x14 kiss and probably hid this preference to their friends+

+while they most likely don’t ship barchie, they do ship bughead most of the time.

the “just as friends” stan:
this stan loved varchies s1 dynamic but they never shipped them as a couple, most of these stans are barchies but there’s a lot of other shippers who think the same thing (ex: bugheads who shipped veggie).
