Let’s be real; even if the DSA question were more carefully worded (it could be) the same folks would still be piling on & calling them antisemitic bc their attacks are in bad faith. DSA building power w/o compromising on Palestine is threatening, so they need to delegitimize it.

Last I checked, US politicians aren't being invited to meet Palestinians living under occupation & siege in West Bank/Gaza. Those that tried were denied entry (Omar, Tlaib, Pocan). The trips that DSA opposes, rightfully, are highly curated, sanitized propaganda missions.

Pro-Israel orgs made Israel a domestic policy issue by working to criminalize free speech & protest across the country, by threatening jobs & reputations over political views on Israel, & more. They are the ones who singled out Israel in our politics, not DSA.
