I wish we collectively understood math better. Or maybe just the critical thinking skills that come from math better. Because, as much as i enjoy a good "this you?" bringing up past ideas as a "gotcha" to prove hypocrisy, isn't always accurate.
A LOT of growth happens in the dark. So...yes that WAS them, but it isn't NOW. And while you're welcome to hold that grudge FOREVA™️, it doesn't make your perspective the only viable one. This isn't about any particular issue. People change. Perspectives change. Needs change.
If you've seen the movie "21" (with the amazingly good actor and even more amazing awful person, Kevin Spacey) they discuss "variable change." Stubbornly sticking to your guns as variables change isn't the character flex you've been led to believe it to be.
Never mind me. I'm quarantining because Illinois opened back up too quickly erasing their covid progress, and now we can't come to NYC without sitting down for half a month. So I'm going to just tweet whatever I'm thinking until i can go back to work.
