Purely by chance I happened on a Twitter beef this week, and though it worth recording for the annals of "Women can& #39;t have anything".
It involves this account (which I haven& #39;t tagged in, for reasons which will become obvious). You can guess where this is going, yes?

When they didn& #39;t get a response within 3 minutes they made an "official" request.
Determining their "official" capacity is left as an exercise for the reader.

After the misery of having to wait for 7 whole minutes, they do get a response, saying "No political statements".
Now we learn that:
(a) Making anything about women is political
(b) Saying transwomen are women is not political
(a) Making anything about women is political
(b) Saying transwomen are women is not political
The account explains that it aims to appeal right across the spectrum, because kids liking maths shouldn& #39;t be a political thing, right?
And it& #39;s because they clearly want to avoid anything political that I haven& #39;t tagged them in. I like the account and don& #39;t want to drag them into a fight they don& #39;t want to be part of.
Remember, this account hasn& #39;t said anything about transwomen, and when asked if they would include them said to find one worthy of inclusion.
But now they& #39;re transphobic.
But now they& #39;re transphobic.
Then the OP forgets for 6 weeks about this, but pops back up at the start of this month, talking about blockings, asking others to unfollow and accusing everyone who follows this harmless and charming account of enabling transphobia.
And this is where I stumbled across the argument. The OP seems to have forgotten that they got blocked for demanding an account bowed them. "This is unacceptable". They& #39;ve become the victim in all this.
And Twitter won& #39;t help them, possibly because literally nobody has said or done anything that could be construed as transphobia (which, as many of us know, Twitter is pretty red-hot on)
