1 year ago today I was diagnosed with grade 3 aggressive triple negative breast cancer. I first found a pea sized lump when I was 5 weeks pregnant & ignored it thinking it was pregnancy related, but as my pregnancy progressed my lump grew.

I didn't get it checked out due to having a bad pregnancy. It wasn't until afterwards I went to the doctor's and 9 weeks after having my little boy I got my diagnosis. In the space of a year I have had chemotherapy, a mastectomy and radiotherapy.

I made the mistake of ignoring my lump, please don't ignore any lumps you find always get them checked out. Make self check part of your daily routine. I have had & continue to have support for my partner Steve, friends & @ststephensaud @macmillancancer @MummysStar @OsborneTrust
