It looks like Russian oligarch Aras Agalarov is next to him at the club. Agalarov was Trump’s partner at the Miss Universe pageant in Russia.
Later in 2013 when Trump was in Russia is when the infamous pee tape was supposed to have taken place.

‘The Act’ in Vegas had some of the raunchiest acts in town. It was finally closed up in 2013, but one act was a scene in which a man with deformed arms acted out a bloody attack with a butcher knife against an unseen woman in a bathtub.
