so, i'm here to talk about meditation and give you some tips to relax and raise your vibrations. this time i'll write everything in english, but i'm sure that if portuguese speakers translate the tweet they'll get the+

i want you to know that i'm not an expert in this area, and i won't write details. i'll just write the basics so some of you can have an idea of what i'm talking about. and yes, there are people whose don't know what meditation is. it's sad but true

โ€ขi've seen people saying that meditation is only doing yoga; sitting down and just breathing slowly; practicing some kind of exercises.. no. some times you do something and you're meditating, but you just don't know that. so i'm going to show you more possible ways to meditate.+

โ€”TIPS FOR RELAXING AND RAISE YOUR VIBRATIONS
๐Ÿ’Œ handwrite a letter
โ€”it can be a gratitude letter to the universe; a letter to someone you love; to yourself; to your past self of to your future self. just make sure it is a positive thing.
๐Ÿต have a cup of (herbal) tea
โ€”we all know that tea is a good thing to warm us up and to make us relax. there's a big variety of teas with multiple functions. i've collected some guides about some teas and their benefits.
๐Ÿงญ do something for the very first time
โ€”new experiences give us new sensations. do you remember that one thing you were avoiding this whole time? something that you said "not now. later" and then never did it? do it now. you'll feel good, trust me.
๐Ÿ“– read a (poetry) book, or write your own
โ€”some people don't like to read because they didn't read de right book. everyone has a unique taste, and if you didn't find yours, you are meant to create it. reading helps you to relax and improve your vocabulary. it makes you feel+
big. writing is about to do multiple things, be a lot of people, be in a lot of places. you travel when you write. and the best thing is that you create your own rules, your universe. try it.
๐ŸŽถ listen to some calm music; asmr; ambient sounds
โ€”they help you to concentrate on the sounds and being relaxed. you can search them on youtube or even spotify - there are some composers that post their music there.

๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ light a flavored candle; incense or an oil diffuser blend and visualise
โ€”make sure the smell is not so strong for you if you're more sensible. visualise places and things the flavor makes you remember of.
๐ŸŒฟ gardening and plant care
โ€”plants are the joy of our life. find a small piece of earth and start to cultivate some vegetables. also take care of flowers and succulent, for example, and put them inside your house. you'll have a good company and they look beautiful in there.
๐ŸŒฒ go for a walk on nature
โ€”there's nothing better than walking alone through the woods, or in an isolated beach. nature is our best company, and our best friend. learn to listen to her and to love her the way she is.
๐Ÿฅ˜ cook for yourself
โ€”when we eat well and healthy, we feel like in heaven. cooking for yourself is a way of giving you a bit of self love. spend some time in the kitchen, do that receipt that you saved some time ago and you didn't have time for that. try to cook something you+
never did. follow the receipt of a sweet only your grandma did well. there are so many possibilities.. everything is possible when you're in the kitchen.

โ€”it helps you to relax, sleep and learn to controle your breath and your whole body.

โ€”doodling things you like makes you look at a whole panorama of things you enjoy in the world. find an old notebook you have and start illustrating everything you like in there. you'll have a whole world of love in the paper.
๐Ÿ› take a nice hot bubble bath
โ€”it helps you to relax your muscles and, in consequence, your mind. you can also add some herbs and salt to your bath to clean your body and get off of bad vibrations and energy and replace them with good ones. also use bath bombs to make it cute.

โ€ขyou amplify your intuition;
โ€ขyou can get in touch with your inner guidance;

โ€ขyou find a special inner home, no matter what's happening around you, because you find an inner center where you can go to, and can rely on there to feel calm, safe, stable and secure.
