Our challenge will focus on the unfairness, and in particular the limited and flawed appeal rights (a point addressed in this thread by @Samfr yesterday https://twitter.com/Samfr/status/1293977343267151872?s=19).

We will also say that @ofqual has breached its statutory objective to regulate qualifications to “give a *reliable* indication of knowledge, skills and understanding."

We will announce the full legal team - and experts - later today but, for the moment, enough to say that the Counsel team are @fionascolding, @leonglenister and @yvanderman of @Landmark_LC.
