I feel like ranking tmr books from favorite to least favorite and giving reasons why, a thread;

Also note, if you liked one of the books more than me or didn't that's fine this is just off my personal opinion and how I felt about them

Let's start with the rankings:

The Fever Code:

IT'S MY FAVORITE, I loved seeing what it was like living at WCKED and getting more of Newt's back story. Out of all tmr books this one made me laugh the most. I literally could not put the book down, I read it in two days vjdfbei. The only complaints

I have with the book is that we didn't learn anything about Minho's past and the begin some-what dragged on

The Maze Runner:

I mean it's iconic, it's the first book, how could it not get second place? asfada
I had a really fun time reading besides that Thomas and Gally got my nerves & and the glader slang was a bit over used but yeah it was fun to read and I got sucked into the book

The Death Cure:

A book has never hit me the gut with such emotions. Newt's death was like a baseball bat to the face. Everything leading up to his death was heart breaking. Pushing away his friends, the letter, all of it. Death cure would have been my second favorite book but

the ending ruined it for me. Like what was that?¿ Teresa dies three pages to the ending. Thomas totally out of character says he's never going to tell Minho he killed Newt. Once they get to the safe haven it's just OVER?¿ THAT'S IT?¿ THIS IS HOW THE SERIES ENDS?!¿

THEN IN THE EPILOGUE AVA PAIGE IS JUST LIKE "wELL I MEAN EVERYTHING FAILED BUT OH WELLLLL"

LIKE WHAT?

WHAT?¿

THIS IS HOW IT ENDS?¿?¿!?¿!?

The Scorch Trials:

God, did I want to punch Thomas. Everyone got my nerves besides Jorge, Newt and Brenda. bUT I HATED THOMAS THE MOST. I KEPT HOPING HE WOULD STOP BEING ANNOYING BUT HE NEVER DID HE CARED WAYYYYY TO MUCH ABOUT TERESA FOR A GIRL HE JUST MET A WEEK AGO ADGSDGA

ALSO LIKE WHAT WAS THAT WHOLE TERESA AND ARIS THING I-

But one thing I did like about tst was the scenes where Thomas and Brenda were just chilling and talking it was nice

The Kill Order:

Where did I even frigging start?

Well for one it took me two months to read it while the other four took me 2-4 days to complete so if that tells you anything-

I liked it at first it was cool and it set things up THEN EVERYONE STARTED DYING

I'm fine with character deaths I mean I'll sob my eyes out but I understand why authors put them in, BUT IN KILL ORDER THERE WASN'T TIME FOR ME TO GET ATTACHED TO THE CHARACTERS IN ORDER TO SOB. I just barely learned this characters name and now they're dEAD

It constantly felt like it was dragging till the last 9 maybe chapters? I saw DeeDee being Teresa from a mile away and it just wasn't that fun to read the only character I really liked was Alec, everyone else was kinda boring and Mark felt like a Thomas knock off

One part besides the begin I did like was the flash backs they were kinda interesting and always had me on the end of my seat.
