People need to learn to Praise someone without ditching another ... Naglesmann is such a talented manager and we have seen that many times.He was trusted and given time to come up but managers like Arteta & Lampard needs to win trophies and "get on the wheel" straight away

Ole also should be mentioned ...But he has in managerial time for some years.Ole with time and support can do great job with United

Neglessmann has been here 5 years and let other new managers be given some time to get settled and sort out their weaknesses.
