My 22 yr old son texted me and said, “I pulled your card Dad.” He was asked to train somebody at work who wasn’t getting the concept from others who attempted to train them. He said, “it’s not them; it’s just not being taught in a way that’s for them...I’ll train them.” 1/3

When I asked what was his secret, he had this to say, “There’s really no magic strategy. You just have to have a desire TO TEACH.” He said, “I knew exactly what the problem was, I’ve been down that road.” 2/3
