...it's always normal and expected when regulations go up--even if they're going up without statutory authority--and it's always radical when regulations go down.

I mean you could've written 'rich people who get to have multiple showerheads used to get more water than you do, and now Trump wants to bring that back'
But instead they write "LOL, redefining showerhead!"
"Undoing a 1992 law signed by a Republican!"
and "how petty! showers!"
