Making a slow simmered NM red chile stew with some of the grassfed beef we bought from @Bar10Beef in Utah. Next time I’m just buying a whole cow. @SeamusBlackley I am dutifully following your technique, sensei, then pressure cooking this glorious chuck roast and short ribs in it
Ingredients - that red Chile and onions and little else as @SeamusBlackley taught us on this hellsite in a cute video recently
I’m too tired to take photos it was delicious and perfect and the meat is amazing I never wanna eat any other type of beef
If you buy grass fed beef you absolutely have to do your homework and do some experimentation, learn how to cook it properly it’s totally different from commercial beef. Like they shouldn’t even call it the same word, it’s so different.
