At this point I’m sure there is not enough quality media buyers for the demand of work out there.
If you’re looking to get into this field know this….

You must be ok in high stress environments and know you will work many many hours, including weekends and holidays.

The pay is good. But you must have both a creative mind as well as an analytical / strategy mind.
Pick ONE platform to focus on to start. You can’t master them all. Don’t believe those lies.

You should at least understand all of them. But nobody should expect you to be perfect at both Google and FB for example.
At this point, focus on FB OR Google.

Master them. I’d opt to get in with an agency and learn vs taking online courses via FB or Google. They don’t give you real world experience.
I was fortunate that I learned Google when Google Ads started (I still am not great), and learned FB when Power Editor first came out.
I have a background in film & print advertising from my early days working in marketing departments before digital started.

That helped big time. You should at some point test making your own UGC style ads. It’s a MAJOR MAJOR win if you can.
