As announced by @MayorPetty at the beginning of tonight's #WorcSchools Cmte meeting:

>After reviewing additional ventilation information from principals and conducting site visits, there were several classrooms and common areas in several schools that were taken off line.
Out of an abundance of caution and in accordance with guidance, it was decided that the upgrades of the ventilation systems should be conducted this Fall in all schools in the district.
When the upgrades are complete, the district will begin to transition students in Group C to in-person learning after Quarter 1.

> Additionally, the COVID-19 index was changed from green to yellow this week, due to an increase in COVID-19 cases in Worcester.
> For Quarter 1, WPS staff will be allowed to decide if they want to teach remote learning in their classrooms or teach from their homes.
The #WorcSchool Committee unanimously approved the plan for this fall as proposed by administration.
