Post workout meal
I indulged today as well. Had a couple of burgers and some chicken tenders but I worked out twice today so it’s alright. Post workout meal

Jasmine rice, ground beef, onions and mushrooms w some cheese sprinkled on top
4 oz chicken w 200g jasmine rice
2 slices of whole wheat bread, 32 g of almond butter and 100g of Redcon MRE
Also had two bananas; post workout meal 2
Gm. Breakfast. 2 slices toast, 32g peanut butter, 2 bananas and 100g MRE. 954 calories
Post workout meal. 2 slices toast, 200g jasmine rice, 2 bananas, handful of broccoli and 4 oz of chicken. Around 700 calories
More chicken, rice and veggies. Like 350 calories
MRE shake and banana before second workout. 514 calories
