The two of the most popular CTA's (Call to action's) with Facebook Ads are...
"Learn more" and "Shop Now"
Which one should you use?
Let's talk about it.

Honestly, it's a difference in perspective.
Ask yourself this question:
"How sophisticated will my market be to this product?"
Some markets know a ton about a specific product already.
How 'simple' your product is also plays a large role in determine market sophistication.

Let's use the example of a dog collar.
Everyone knows what it does, especially the people who'd be buying your product.
You know.. dog owners.
There's not a lot of intricate detail within your offer.
HIGH market sophistication.

On the other hand, selling something like a coaching program for YouTubers would be low market sophistication.
For two reasons:
1) Most YouTubers don't have a coach.
2) Your offer is extremely unique (or should be, at least)

Another example of low market sophistication would be selling problem solving products.
Luxury bracelets, watches, and apparel items would NOT be considered problem solving products.
They provide status... which is a separate problem solver in itself, but that's another topic.

So which CTA should you use for your Ads?
Both. (If you have the budget)
Test them and compare results.
That said, here are the general guidelines I'd follow when starting to test:
Low market sophistication = "Learn More"
High market sophistication = "Shop Now"
